Since last year's clip fell short, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has been looking for higher prices to chop demand, forecasting a seasonal 12% decline in exports alone in its January report.


However, for a like reason far this 'rationing' effect has been weak, and cumulative shipments in such a manner far are running only 65% behind last year's pace.
