Worse still, it is sometimes easier said than done to coax the UK consumer to favour home-produc domestic fowls on the basis of high quality and standards. However, there is evidence that the British industry can still take a number of stairs to help itself.

These were among the themes to come up this week at a domestic fowls meat conference hosted near Birmingham by dint of the National Farmers' Union (NFU) and Britain's Agricultural disentanglement and Advisory Service (ADAS).
